ZUMBA – Zumba is a low impact cardio class with a little toning thrown into the mix. It's so much fun, you'll forget you’re working out! You can burn up to 1,000 calories per class.
YOGA – A way to manage health and wellness, mind/body fitness and flexibility. It’s a healthy practice, and sometimes a lifestyle. No better way to experience this union of mind/body and breath. TABATA – interval method using 20 sec work, 10 sec rest format applied to several of our fitness classes like Kickboxing (Taboxing), HIIT or BARRE (BARRe-TAB Please), Ta-BUTT-a. High calorie burn and/or toning STRONG NATION™ - Burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. STEP & ABS - The "step" is a 4-inch raised platform, you step up, around, and down in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, with a splash of abs. SCULPTING - also known as weight training, resistance or strength training. Exercises are designed to stress specific muscle groups using weights or resistance (bands) to tone, contour those muscles and reduce fat. N10SITY – A unique format of 10 reps per exercise in 10+ rounds. The intensity increases as the number of rounds increases. Get ready for some muscle burn! PUMP2SCULPT – is the total body workout using light to moderate weights as well as the weighted bar with many repetitions, guided and motivated by the instructor to the great music. MUSCLE MELT – Test your muscle endurance with this weight training class. You will work every muscle group for 4 minutes straight. Lidia’s Light & Low - Slow-paced optionally seated fitness class designed for individuals recovering from surgery, beginners, seniors, during pregnancy or for the seasoned athlete looking for a gentle approach.

KICKBOXING – Are you stressed out? This class uses a combination of boxing and cardio moves that will give you a healthy outlet while burning a ton of calories. Hip Hop Dance – Traditional aerobic moves to the best and rhythm of your favorite hip hop songs! HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training delivered in variety of methods; i.e. Tabata* or other interval length to maximize your vascular endurance. FlexFusion - series of exercises to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. The movements are controlled and low-impact emphasizing core strength and muscle balance. DANCE2FIT - Dance2 Fit uses various types of popular hip-hop music to create an aggressive but rewarding full body workout. All of our Dance2fit workouts take place in an encouraging and positive environment with the most amazing group of people! Dance wi CORE & MORE –  A strong core is your fitness baseline! The variety of exercises in this class will strengthen your balance, improve your posture and increase an overall endurance.
Bodyweight Burnout - Intensify your workout routine with our dynamic total body strength training class meticulously crafted to push your limits and sculpt your physique. Cardio Shock - Variety of cardio circuits and drills that will test your vascular endurance! Barre Fight - Fantastic fusion of balanced Barre exercises mixed with heart pumping boxing moves. Barre Class - Pure Barre, Bar Method, and Balletone are a popular workout trend that incorporates moves from ballet, Pilates, and yoga to upbeat music that strengthen the entire body.
Abs Mania - Continuous hour of Upper, Lower Abs, Oblique workout and Six-Pack special to care for your three ab muscle sheets!
3 for 30 excerise - Three exercises, 10 x each, repeat 3 times. Class will keep you engaged, interested and good-tired, while you’re improving your cardiovascular endurance and strength.
