BARRE-FIGHT – Fantastic fusion of balanced Barre exercises mixed with heart pumping boxing moves. DANCE FUSION – dance fitness incorporating different dance techniques and genres, from Hip Hop to Country, using popular tunes that want to make you move and have fun! DRENCHED - Get your heart pumping in this cardio workout. The intensity keeps your cheeks rosey and you will shine with sweat!  Fitness Fusion - This class will have various intervals of cardio, sculpting and core training. The format will keep participants engaged and wondering what’s next! It’s a “Fit For All” kind of class. Hip Hop Dance – Traditional aerobic moves to the best and rhythm of your favorite hip hop songs! Get your groove on with hip hop, rap,  incorporating popping, locking and other fitness elements to make this fun experience while still getting a great workout.  This fitness class welcomes all levels of fitness, including modifications and inclusive moves for all.  No dance experience is required.  HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training delivered in variety of methods; i.e. Tabata* or other interval length to maximize your vascular endurance. It can easily be modified for people of all fitness levels and special conditions. KICKBOXING – Are you stressed out? This class uses a combination of boxing and cardio moves that will give you a healthy outlet while burning a ton of calories. Knee strikes, kicks, and punches sound like a blast, give this total-body workout a try. Lidia’s Light & Low – Slow paced optionally seated fitness class designed for individuals recovering from surgery, beginners, seniors, during pregnancy or for the seasoned athlete looking for a gentle approach. We will focus on functional fitness to strengthen the large muscle groups and work on mobility and flexibility. MUSCLE MELT – Test your muscle endurance with this weight training class. You will work every muscle group for 4 minutes straight.   N10SITY – A unique format of 10 reps per exercise in 10+ rounds. The intensity increases as the number of rounds increases. Get ready for some muscle burn! SCULPTING - also known as weight training, resistance or strength training. Exercises are designed to stress specific muscle groups using weights or resistance (bands) to tone, contour those muscles and reduce fat.Variations offered: Leg Sculpt - targets Leg muscles with a ‘sprinkle’ of abs Arm Sculpt - targets Arm muscles with a ‘sprinkle’ of abs Pound & Pilates - Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements.
