CORE & MORE –  A strong core is your fitness baseline! The variety of exercises in this class will strengthen your balance, improve your posture and increase an overall endurance. FlexFusion - series of exercises to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. The movements are controlled and low-impact emphasizing core strength and muscle balance. HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training delivered in variety of methods; i.e. Tabata* or other interval length to maximize your vascular endurance. MUSCLE MELT – Test your muscle endurance with this weight training class. You will work every muscle group for 4 minutes straight. N10SITY – A unique format of 10 reps per exercise in 10+ rounds. The intensity increases as the number of rounds increases. Get ready for some muscle burn! 20 20 20 Interval Training - class is divided into 20 min workout style; i.e. step, 3 for 30 excerise - Three exercises, 10 x each, repeat 3 times. Class will keep you engaged, interested and good-tired, while you’re improving your cardiovascular endurance and strength. Barre Class - Pure Barre, Bar Method, and Balletone are a popular workout trend that incorporates moves from ballet, Pilates, and yoga to upbeat music that strengthen the entire body. Barre Fight - Fantastic fusion of balanced Barre exercises mixed with heart pumping boxing moves. STEP & ABS - The "step" is a 4-inch raised platform, you step up, around, and down in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, with a splash of abs. STRONG NATION™ - Burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. TABATA – interval method using 20 sec work, 10 sec rest format applied to several of our fitness classes like Kickboxing (Taboxing), HIIT or BARRE (BARRe-TAB Please), Ta-BUTT-a. High calorie burn and/or toning YOGA – A way to manage health and wellness, mind/body fitness and flexibility. It’s a healthy practice, and sometimes a lifestyle. No better way to experience this union of mind/body and breath. SCULPTING - also known as weight training, resistance or strength training. Exercises are designed to stress specific muscle groups using weights or resistance (bands) to tone, contour those muscles and reduce fat.
