year
has
taught
me
more
about
life
than
I
ever
wanted
to
know.
I
was
one
of
the
first
cardio
instructors
in
Forney
back
in
1996.
I
have
owned
numerous
gyms,
I
have
taught
cardio,
trained
hundreds
of
people
and
spent
most
of
my
days
volunteering
for
our
schools
while
raising
three
kids.
Fitness
has
been
my
life.
My
classes
are
a
little
slower
these
days.
I
now
emphasize
on
core
training,
light
cardio
and
passive
strength
training.
Getting
older
isn't
for
the
weak
or
for
whimps.

Hello,
my
name
is
Wendy
Baughman.
I
have
been
a
fitness
instructor
in
the
Forney
area
for
almost
20
years.
From
a
young
age,
I
enjoyed
exercise.
I
remember
watching
my
mom
and
grandmother
exercise,
and
always
understood
the
importance
of
staying
active.
Fitness
started
as
my
hobby,
and
it
quickly
became
a
way
for
me
to
interact
with
other
women
in
my
community
while
showing
them
that
fitness
should
be
fun
and
something
to
look
forward
to.
I
have
been
nicknamed
the
Energizer
Bunny
and
the
Cardio
Queen,
but
my
favorite
workout
has
a
bit
of
everything.
I
love
some
cardio
to
get
my
heart
pumping,
some
weight
training
to
maintain
my
strength,
and
a
little
stretching
and
toning
to
maintain
flexibility
and
mobility.
I
teach
all
kinds
of
cardio
classes,
strength,
kettle,
step,
HIIT,
and
kickboxing.
I

to

aerobics
but
I
also
enjoy
teaching
body
sculpt

hi/lo
impact
aerobics
classes.

I
started

fitness
journey
in
2012
at
Tracy’s
Training
to
get
in
better
shape
as
I
have
never
exercised
much
before.
Then
about
6
years
ago
I
was
asked
to
be
an
instructor's
backup
and
that
motivated
me
to
do
more,
to
learn
more
about
different
exercises
and
modifications.
I
decided
to
get
certified
in
Group
Exercise.
I
enjoy
all
of
the
different
types
of
training.

There

Erica
Rose.
I’m
a
licensed
massage
therapist
and
busy
mom
of
3
teenagers.
Most
of
my
life
was
spent
cheering,
doing
choreography,
and
cheer
coaching,
so
group
fitness
went
perfectly
with
my
skill
set.
I
have
worked
in
a
gym
setting
since
2007,
and
I
quickly
fell
in
love
taking
the
classes.
I
got
my
basic
group
fitness
instructor
certification
in
2009
and
knew
I
had
found
my
passion.
Over
the
years,
I
have
certified
in
Les
Mills
Grit,
Body
Combat,
Zumba,
Spin,
Kickboxing,
and
held
Personal
Training
Certifications
from
