Hello, my name is Wendy Baughman. I have been a fitness instructor in the Forney area for almost 20 years. From a young age, I enjoyed exercise. I remember watching my mom and grandmother exercise, and always understood the importance of staying active. Fitness started as my hobby, and it quickly became a way for me to interact with other women in my community while showing them that fitness should be fun and something to look forward to. I have been nicknamed the Energizer Bunny and the Cardio Queen, but my favorite workout has a bit of everything. I love some cardio to get my heart pumping, some weight training to maintain my strength, and a little stretching and toning to maintain flexibility and mobility. I teach all kinds of cardio classes, strength, kettle, step, HIIT, and kickboxing. I look forward to seeing you in class soon!

YOGA – A way to manage health and wellness, mind/body fitness and flexibility. It’s a healthy practice, and sometimes a lifestyle. No better way to experience this union of mind/body and breath. TABATA – interval method using 20 sec work, 10 sec rest format applied to several of our fitness classes like Kickboxing (Taboxing), HIIT or BARRE (BARRe-TAB Please), Ta-BUTT-a. High calorie burn and/or toning STRONG NATION™ - Burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. KICKBOXING – Are you stressed out? This class uses a combination of boxing and cardio moves that will give you a healthy outlet while burning a ton of calories. Hip Hop Dance – Traditional aerobic moves to the best and rhythm of your favorite hip hop songs! HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training delivered in variety of methods; i.e. Tabata* or other interval length to maximize your vascular endurance. FlexFusion - series of exercises to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture. The movements are controlled and low-impact emphasizing core strength and muscle balance. Hi, I’m Ashley Williams! I was always in cheer growing up (middle school, high school and competitive) and was always a healthy, in shape teenager! After a while I started gaining weight and knew I had to do something but traditional workouts weren’t for me. I came across Dance2Fit on YouTube years ago but never took a class until 2018 and fell in love! I got certified to teach in 2021 and have been teaching ever since! I have lost almost 100lbs since I started taking/teaching this class and want to help others in the same situation. If anyone knows how hard it is, it’s me! I absolutely love every thing about Dance2Fit, but most of all the friendships I’ve made over the years!

Hi! My name is Erica Rose. I’m a licensed massage therapist and busy mom of 3 teenagers. Most of my life was spent cheering, doing choreography, and cheer coaching, so group fitness went perfectly with my skill set. I have worked in a gym setting since 2007, and I quickly fell in love taking the classes. I got my basic group fitness instructor certification in 2009 and knew I had found my passion. Over the years, I have certified in Les Mills Grit, Body Combat, Zumba, Spin, Kickboxing, and held Personal Training Certifications from 4 places. I truly love instructing! My background in personal training and massage therapy help to bring a different level of knowledge and experience to my classes.

Furthermore, I am trained in Step and Sculpting classes, Boot Camp, Pilates, Yoga Trapeze and Aerial Yoga, Ayurveda. Allow my 20 year teaching experience to guide you through a safe and fun workout. My goal is to improve your all over health and leave you wanting more.

My name is Sandra Vatsis-Taylor. Turning 60 this year has taught me more about life than I ever wanted to know. I was one of the first cardio instructors in Forney back in 1996. I have owned numerous gyms, I have taught cardio, trained hundreds of people and spent most of my days volunteering for our schools while raising three kids. Fitness has been my life. My classes are a little slower these days. I now emphasize on core training, light cardio and passive strength training. Getting older isn't for the weak or for whimps. Join me in this new journey I am blessed to experience! Fit after 50! We got this. Oh and if your not 50....I hope you can keep up!

Then about 6 years ago I was asked to be an instructor's backup and that motivated me to do more, to learn more about different exercises and modifications. I decided to get certified in Group Exercise. I enjoy all of the different types of training. Come see us, you can start anytime, any age and anywhere. There are exercises and workouts you can do regardless if you are a “pro,” intermediate or a beginner. Just enjoy and have fun!
